We are required by law to declare the real value of the product inside every parcel.
ORDER PROCESSING
READY TO OWN SHIPPING +
Ready to Own items require approximately 4-6 business days for processing before shipment. Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays. Once shipped, delivery time depends on the destination and the shipping method selected at checkout.
TRACKING +
All shipping options are tracked. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow the delivery progress in real time.
BEFORE YOU ORDER
CUSTOMS FEES +
Videnoir is based in Italy, Europe. Orders shipped outside Europe may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These charges are outside our control and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office before ordering.
INSURANCE +
If you wish to add insurance to your parcel, please contact us before purchase. We are required by law to declare the real value of the parcel contents.
UNITED KINGDOM +
Due to Brexit regulations, UK orders are subject to a minimum order value of £135 / €155.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
READY TO OWN RETURNS +
Ready to Own items may be returned within 14 days from the delivery date shown by tracking. Items must be unused and in the same condition as received. Return packages must be shipped back within 14 days of receipt.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS +
For health and safety reasons, swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, and earrings cannot be returned. Sale items and gift cards are also not eligible for returns.
CANCELLATIONS +
Order processing begins immediately after purchase, including pre-orders. Once a package has shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES +
If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged items, or for a different clothing size when applicable. Please contact us by email first.
MISSING ITEMS +
If an item is missing from your package, email us within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days, we cannot offer a replacement or refund for missing items.
COMBINING ORDERS +
If you place multiple orders within 24 hours, we may be able to combine shipping and refund any shipping overage. After 24 hours, orders to the same address cannot be combined.
RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES +
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original and return postage costs are non-refundable. Please email tracking information as soon as you ship your return.
COUPON CODES +
Only one valid coupon code can be used at checkout. Discount codes cannot be combined or applied retroactively.
