IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT U.S. CUSTOMS DUTIES
All international shipments, regardless of order value, may be subject to import duties and taxes applied by U.S. Customs authorities.
For Standard DDP, import duties and taxes are prepaid as part of your checkout total. For EXPRESS DDU, any import duties and taxes are payable by the recipient before delivery.
WHAT HAPPENS IF DUTIES ARE DUE?
COURIER PAYMENT REQUEST +
For EXPRESS DDU shipments, the courier may require payment of import duties and taxes before delivery. With Standard DDP, import duties and taxes are already prepaid at checkout.
REFUSED CUSTOMS PAYMENT +
For EXPRESS DDU shipments, if the recipient refuses to pay and the parcel is returned to us, we will issue a refund minus any customs duties or taxes charged back to us, plus return shipping costs billed by the courier.

Choosing Standard DDP Shipping means your order travels with duties and taxes already prepaid at checkout, helping the parcel move through customs without additional payment upon delivery.
EXPRESS DDU SHIPPING
Choosing EXPRESS DDU means faster delivery, but U.S. Customs may request import fees before the courier can complete final delivery.
