All international shipments, regardless of order value, may be subject to import duties and taxes applied by U.S. Customs authorities.
These fees are not set or collected by Videnoir. They are decided and enforced by the United States government.
WHAT HAPPENS IF DUTIES ARE DUE?
COURIER PAYMENT REQUEST +
Couriers cannot deliver parcels until any required import fees are paid by the recipient. If duties or taxes are due, the courier will contact you before final delivery.
REFUSED CUSTOMS PAYMENT +
If the recipient refuses to pay and the parcel is returned to us, we will issue a refund minus any customs duties or taxes charged back to us, plus return shipping costs billed by the courier.

Choosing Express DDU means faster delivery, but U.S. Customs may request import fees before the courier can complete final delivery.
