🕯️ STANDARD SHIPPING (DDP – Duties & Taxes Included)

This is the Delivered Duty Paid option.
All import duties, taxes, and customs fees are already included in your checkout total.
Your parcel will pass through customs without any additional charges — you won’t pay anything upon delivery.

  • Delivery time: 7–12 business days
  • Recommended for a seamless delivery experience — all taxes prepaid, no surprises at your door.

 

⚡ EXPRESS SHIPPING (DDU – Duties Unpaid)

This is a Delivered Duty Unpaid service.
It’s faster, but import duties and taxes are not included in the checkout price.


Once your parcel reaches the United States, the courier (usually USPS, UPS, or DHL) will contact you to collect the required import fees before final delivery.

  • Delivery time: 3–5 business days
  • Cost: $22 (free for orders above $250 / €212)
  • Choose this option if you prefer express delivery and don’t mind paying import fees directly to the courier.

 

⚠️ Important Note About U.S. Customs Duties

All international shipments — regardless of order value — may be subject to import duties and taxes applied by U.S. Customs authorities.


These fees are not set or collected by Videnoir, but are entirely decided and enforced by the United States government.

Couriers cannot deliver parcels until these fees are paid by the recipient.
If the recipient refuses to pay and the parcel is returned to us, we will issue a refund minus:

  • any customs duties or taxes charged back to us, and
    return shipping costs billed by the courier.
  • We understand that these rules can be frustrating — unfortunately, they are mandatory and apply to all international businesses shipping to the United States.
