What payment methods can I use?

Can I purchase items with another currency?

You may select a currency based on your personal preference. When you select your country in the country selector on the upper right of the website or are taken directly to your country’s version of the website, you will see prices listed in the regional currency.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?

We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, it’s quickest to create a new order with the correct information and then let our Customer Service.

How To Return My Items?

We do offer returns to overseas customers. You will therefore need to cover all costs of returning any items to us yourself. We advise that you mark your package ‘returned goods’ to avoid further duties. Remember: We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive with us.

Returns & Exchanges Policy:

Our return policy allows for a 14-day period from the date your package arrives (based on the tracking information). Regrettably, after 14 days have elapsed, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

We are unable to provide a refund or exchange for used products, unless the item is found to be faulty or defective.

Customers must contact our customer support before sending any returns. Please note that the original or return postage costs will not be reimbursed.


Some items you find in our shop are ​CUSTOM ORDERS​, this means that everything is made specifically upon purchase on your own size and preferences.

Since everything is custom made by hand ​we generally cannot accept returns and/or offer refunds on custom/lingerie items (due also to hygienic reasons) but feel free to contact us if there's any kind of issue with your order, we will do our best to find a solution together.


Your refund will be issued once we get the damaged/wrong item back and will NOT include shipping fees.​

Non-returnable items:
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for the following items:

- Swim and Bodysuits
- Intimates
- Earrings

If you return an item that is damaged, worn, or in an unsuitable condition, we will be unable to process an exchange or refund. In such cases, we may need to send the item back to you, and you may be responsible for the delivery costs. However, this does not affect your statutory rights.

Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, such as when an item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

As soon as you place an order, the processing begins immediately, including pre-orders. Our goal is to dispatch all packages as quickly as possible.

In some cases, we may ship out orders on the same day. Once your package has been shipped, we are unable to cancel your order.

Coupon Codes:
Customers are permitted to use a single valid coupon at checkout. Discounts cannot be stacked, and using multiple discount codes on a single purchase is not allowed. Please be aware that coupons cannot be applied retroactively.

Combining Orders:
If you place multiple orders within 24 hours, we can combine shipping and refund any shipping overage. If you prefer different shipping arrangements for the orders, please contact us as soon as possible.

Refunds & Returns:
For custom orders, refunds are provided in the form of shop credit only.

For ready-to-own pieces, if your return is approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product or a different size (clothing), please contact us via email.

Missing Items:
If an item is missing from your package, please email us within 7 days of receiving your package. We will track this date according to the tracking number associated with your package. If more than 7 days have passed since your item was received, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a replacement item or a refund for any missing items reported. However, please be assured that we triple-check all orders during packaging, so missing items are not common.

To initiate a return, please email us the tracking information as soon as you ship your package.

We would like to remind you that return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. Additionally, shipping costs are non-refundable.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

All international orders are subject to customs and import taxes.

Videnoir will not be held responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.


If your package is returning from outside the EU (e.g., Canada/USA, etc.), the following phrase should be visible on your package:

“cancellation of an order”
"duty-free return according to article 203 of the customs code - CDU - (Reg. 952/2013)"

This will help avoid any additional duty customs fees. In the event that we are charged customs fees due to a missing statement, the amount will be deducted from your total refund.
